In Season:

Dec 15 - April 30 - $250/night for 2 ( 5 night minimum)* or $1500/week for 2
Christmas/New Years $275/night (7 night minimum)*

Spring Shoulder Season:

May 1 thru June 30 - $200/night for 2 (3 night minimum) or $1200/week for 2

Off Season:

July 1 thru Nov 15 - $175/night for 2 (3 night minimum) or $1000/week for 2

Fall Shoulder Season:

Nov 15 thru Dec 15 - $200/night for 2 (3 night minimum) or $1200/week for 2

Other Fees:

$100 cleaning charge.

There is a 10% hotel tax and service charge required by Virgin Islands for all rentals.

St. John is an island of moderate to highly priced condos and villas, and there are very few quality accommodations at this price point.

Sunset View is a well furnished, fully air conditioned, classy in town condo, it's an excellent value, and there is only one. This is a cozy and romantic condo that works well for honeymooners or a couple.
